These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DreamMatch Ai's websites, applications, mobile apps, APIs, and related products (the "Services"), operated by DreamMatch Ai LLC ("DreamMatch Ai", "we", "us", or "our").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:

- •Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement
- •Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws
- •Not be barred from receiving services under U.S. or international law
Parents/guardians are responsible for minors who use the Services under their supervision.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access many features.
You agree to:

- •Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- •Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- •Not share your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may decline or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes:
- ✗Using the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities
- ✗Attempting to bypass or interfere with security systems
- ✗Reverse-engineering, scraping, or extracting data at scale
- ✗Using AI outputs to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent your identity
- ✗Violating intellectual property rights
- ✗Uploading harmful or malicious content
We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
5. User Content
You may submit content (e.g., résumés, text, files, profile data) to the Services ("User Content").
You retain ownership of User Content, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process it solely to operate and improve the Services.
We do not:
- ✓Sell User Content
- ✓Use User Content for advertising
- ✓Make User Content public without your explicit consent
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you submit.
6. AI-Generated Output
The Services may generate suggestions or content using AI models ("AI Output").
You understand and agree that:
- •AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
- •You must review AI Output before using it
- •AI Output does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice
- •You are responsible for verifying facts and representations
AI Output is provided "as-is" and without guarantees.
7. Intellectual Property
DreamMatch Ai owns all rights to:
- •DreamMatch Ai platform and software
- •Dreemei Companion™, StoryCraft™, Pathfinder™, Momentum Map™, FutureFit™, SignalLens™
- •Visual design systems
- •Branding, marks, and logos
- •All content not submitted by users
You may not reproduce, copy, or modify the Services without permission.
8. Payments, Subscriptions, & Refunds
Paid features may be offered as subscriptions or one-time purchases.
Unless stated otherwise:
- •Prices will be shown in the application
- •Subscriptions renew automatically
- •You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of billing cycle
- •Charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law
BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later):
- •Your BNPL agreement is with the BNPL provider
- •DreamMatch Ai may issue software refunds within 14 days of purchase solely at our discretion

10. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as payment providers, authentication systems, or AI infrastructure.
We are not responsible for external services or their content.

11. Service Changes & Updates
We may modify, update, or suspend parts of the Services to:

- •Add new features
- •Address security issues
- •Comply with legal requirements
We attempt to notify users of significant changes when reasonable.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:

- •Harm or risk the security of the Services
- •Act abusively toward staff or users
You may also delete your account at any time.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- •Our total liability will not exceed your payments to DreamMatch Ai in the preceding 3 months
