We may need to keep some information for legal, security, or accounting reasons even after a deletion request. We'll explain when that's the case.

Subscriptions, BNPL, and Refunds (High-Level)
DreamMatch Ai is a software-as-a-service product.
Charges for subscriptions and usage are generally non-refundable, except:
- •where required by applicable law, or
- •where we explicitly say otherwise in our Terms.
For Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL):
- •Your payment agreement is with the BNPL provider.
- •We may process refunds for our software portion within 14 days of the original transaction, at our discretion and subject to our full Terms of Service.
- •After that window, refunds are generally not available.

Accessing, Exporting, and Deleting Your Data
Where available in the app, you can:
View or update profile information
Export data where technically feasible
Delete your account, which will schedule deletion of personal data subject to legal and security retention needs
