By accessing and using DreamMatch AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

International Users

DreamMatch AI is available globally. By using our service, you agree:

  • PDPA (Singapore)
  • PDP Act (India)

Currency & Pricing:

  • Prices displayed in your local currency where available
  • All payments processed in USD
  • Refunds issued in original payment currency

Language:

  • Primary language: English
  • AI responses available in multiple languages
  • Legal documents in English only

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. User Data

You retain all rights to your data. We use your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

DreamMatch AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Wellbeing Support Services

DreamMatch AI provides referrals to third-party mental health providers ("Wellbeing Partners") as a convenience to our users. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree:

  • DreamMatch AI is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical advice of any kind.
  • Wellbeing Partners are independent. Any therapeutic relationship you establish is solely between you and your chosen provider. DreamMatch AI is not a party to this relationship.
  • No emergency services. Neither DreamMatch AI nor our Wellbeing Partners provide emergency or crisis intervention services. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline.
  • Privacy between you and providers. Conversations with Wellbeing Partners are private. DreamMatch AI does not have access to your therapy sessions, notes, or any information you share with providers.
  • Discounts are not guarantees. Member discounts are provided by our partners and may be subject to change or limitations.
  • No liability for provider services. DreamMatch AI is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of services provided by Wellbeing Partners.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
